In the excitement of having a bit of extra money, coupled with the overwhelming stress of moving two households, I ordered some goodies off of ULTA.com, during the Black Friday sales. I had little intentions of going overboard (I didn't), but I thought I'd share (so I can open the darn things!) of this quick haul:
I admit I'm late in posting this but many, many other priorities came first, long before sitting down to blog. I hurt my foot at work, been exhausted and super drained--not a good mindset for skincare bloggin'.

Hello all; a well overdue life update is in order! What feels like a lifetime ago (only 3.5 weeks now), I moved out of home for the first time and only now, I feel like I can squeeze in time to collect my thoughts. Or have a proper place to sit.....!
While helping my parents move from their house, I also moved out and into my partner's apartment, nearby. No one really tells how hard moving one household is until you actually do it--but twice?! at the same time????! And while going to work?! That's hard! I was aware but not fully prepared for how much money that I needed for this--my partner lived alone and often did without whereas I suppose I've been raised differently.

Hello all! This post will be relatively short, as I'm just documenting that I'm throwing away four of my Etude House tints and why, accompanied by a slight PSA.
About a month ago, I noticed that my three dearly loved Etude House Dear My Darling Tints had a white tinge to the bottom side to the container, when laying on its side. This recently developed on all three; I haven't stored in direct sunlight per se but over the summer it did get super hot--it reached 96 F one day in there, but we got into the nineties many times, so my makeup was compromised.
No, for real......

Ok kiddos, it's trash time! I had a busy summer and just didn't get around to this portion of integral documentation within the #bblogging realm. My mind was elsewhere and still, I hoarded--an easy task--but other things always came up.
Now that summer has definitely come to a close, here is my hefty collection of empties from June through August. This excludes sheet masks as I'm saving that for another post.
While redecorating my space, I've done some shopping here and there. The other day, I was weak and went to my local TJ Maxx, all in hopes of finding a rug. I didn't find one that *~*~*spoke*~*~* to me (it didn't match my aesthetic), so I ventured over to the beauty section.
tldr; ya girl did some damage:

Hello all! I was lucky enough to have the day off of work, so I went down south to meet up with some of the K-beauty enthusiasts, down in the PDX area. This time was different--I drove! Also, the cutie tagged along with me and got the chance to see my hobby in its full form (hehehehe....)
Saturday was a steaming HOT day. Up north, it was supposed to be 90 F something but down in the Portland area, it reached a scorching 100 F--hot for this area. The plan was to leave early, hit the meetup area and hit up 'Waji's while just enjoying the day together.
We all met up at Oyatsupan, a local Japanese-style bread shop and ordered some baked goodies. Soon though, the focus soon shifted to oogling over skincare products. We traded skincare and it was just a lovely time. Thanks for everyone who came, you all are so knowledgeable and enthusiastic over this wonderful dare I say.....hobby...?
Here's a few pics I snapped of those moments:
